Minor fixes, rendering in IE8 and and Live Chat functionality

Another thing we've fixed was a minor bug from the affiliation referral tracking system. I want to assure all of you that even if a few clicks might of been lost, there's no problem at all because the magic happens when a referral signs up as an advertiser and creates an opportunity.
