Updates

Hi there bloggers and advertisers. Lately there were a lot of things to do, and I hadn’t so much time to write.

As I said in an earlier post blogadvertisingstore is moving forward! A few advertisers are testing our services (some of you already wrote about their products) and that’s good news.

In the next few days, we’ll release the second version of our website. The most important change you’ll observe is the design. The new design will enable easier navigation, faster loading, XHTML/CSS validation. Here’s a preview on how PP will look like:

As you know yesterday we’ve paid all bloggers who reached $50.

In your finances section is clearly stated:

Important: When your total unpaid earnings reach $50, we’ll send you a payment on the 1rst of the next month. For example, if your total unpaid earnings reached $50 during November, we would send you a payment on December 1. If your total unpaid earnings haven’t yet reached $50, they’ll roll over to the next month and accrue until they meet the $50 threshold.

Many of you asked us why we had to set a threshold.

There are many reasons. As you all know the Internet is stuffed with a lot of improper tactics. Everybody wants money but once paid, there are bloggers who uses to delete their blog entries. This is so frustrating… it’s just unfair. Having the $50 threshold helps us to control (not 100%) these tactics, and to protect our advertisers.

I am really sorry for any inconveniences this issue may cause. However, fair bloggers (we’ll implement a solution for this) will have the threshold removed after reaching a certain number of approved and paid blog posts.

What’s your opinion about the new design?
