Terms and conditions

There are no fancy rules, but only a few:

Bloggers:

1. When you reserve an opportunity, YOU AGREE that you will be paid after you earn $100 threshold. This threshold was set because of the fraudulent bloggers activity such:

- after payment they nofollow links
- not posting any posts on his blog for long period of times (in fact, any paid review should be surrounded by non-paid ones, and don't let more then 7 days to pass untill you do that)
- post deletion
- blog deletion
- post altered aka. adsense, adbright, etc stuffed

2. If WE feel that you violated in any way our TOS, even if you reached $100 your payment is subject to delay. So, let's play correctly.

3. Do not sent a zillion e-mails because your chance to get a replay is reduced to ZERO, since you will be marked as SPAM.

4. E-mailing/contacting advertisers will lead to de-activating your account. Any questions/concernes should be addressed to us.

5. From time ti time we "clean" our database removing blogs for reasons like:

- The website does not have enough link popularity.
- The website is submitting to many posts in a day.
- The website is not posting unique content.
- The website's main language is not English.
- The ratio between paid and non-paid posts is not 1:1. (you have more paid posts then non-paid ones)

If We discover any of the above activities, your account will be suspendedand the finances you owned will be refunded to the advertisers. We are sorry about this, but blog advertising isn't anymore that period when someone had 15 .blogspot worthless blogs and just copying content (from blogs or even pdf books) and placing the advertiser's links.

Advertisers:

1. It's your right to double check all opportunities. We strive to do our best when approving posts but if you observe any typo, grammar issues, nofollow links, etc you are entitled to get a refund for the wrong opportunity.

2. After you created an opportunity and that opp. was approved we can no longer refund the opportunity cost unless we or you can prove that the blogger violated the rules in this TOS.
